Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped with your tracking information.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently offer shipping to all customers within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 USD.
  • FREE Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Due to high demand and our current logistics chain, please allow 8 to 15 business days for your order to arrive.


Please note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, factors such as high seasonal volume or carrier delays may affect delivery dates.


3. Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.


4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the United States. We are focusing on providing the best possible service and delivery experience for our domestic customers before expanding globally.


5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some of our carriers may have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to your provided address, we will contact you immediately to request an alternative.


6. Correct Address Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lumen Gear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.


7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [shoplumengear@gmail.com] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
